No cookie outside the strictly necessary category is written unless you allow it. The only optional cookies we use are for Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. You can change your mind whenever you like through the cookie settings on our website.
How we measure visits
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit and which pages they use, and Microsoft Clarity to see how people move through pages (heatmaps and session replays, with anything typed into our forms masked). Both load only after you accept analytics cookies, and only on our public website. If you decline, or have not yet made a choice, neither loads and neither sets cookies.
Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We do not use Google Analytics' advertising features or remarketing, and our website has no advertising pixels.
Global Privacy Control and Do-Not-Track
The Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal asks websites not to sell or share your personal information for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing for this signal to opt you out of here. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them.
Most browsers also offer a Do-Not-Track (DNT) setting. Because there is still no agreed standard for how sites should interpret DNT, we do not respond to those signals.

These cookies are needed for the website to work and to keep it secure. They remember your cookie choice, protect our forms from bots, and keep our staff signed in to the admin area. They are always on. Visitors receive the admin sign-in cookies only if they sign in to the staff-only admin area.
Analytics
These cookies tell us how visitors use the website so we can improve it. They are set only after you accept analytics cookies.
Other services
Photos, video, and menu PDFs on our website are delivered by our content delivery network, Bunny.net, which records IP addresses in its server logs. Our hosting provider also keeps server logs. These logs are described in our Privacy Policy.
Our links to Instagram, Facebook, and Yelp are plain links. We do not embed content or place pixels from those services, and nothing loads from them unless you follow a link.
Changing your mind
You can turn analytics cookies off at any time through the cookie settings on our website. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity then stop loading, and we delete the analytics cookies they set on our domain. Some Microsoft cookies set on Microsoft's own domains (such as MUID) can only be removed through your browser settings.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may stop parts of the site working. For example, we would no longer remember your cookie choice, and our forms may ask you to complete the bot check again.
