Party Sensation

Your raw bar was the hit of our party! Sensational oysters, so fresh and briny, and the shrimp and poke were fantastic too! The presentation was lovely with so many choices of sauces and other condiments (especially the caviar!). Everything looked beautiful and you and David maintained charm and humor even while keeping up with our ravenous guests. You were wonderful! About Us

Get to know
the  founder

Heidi's journey in the seafood industry began at 23 when she co-founded H&H Fresh Fish Co. with Hans Haveman. Starting with a single farmers market stall selling wild local salmon, Heidi discovered her passion for customer service and entrepreneurship.

Now the CEO of both H&H Fresh Fish and Shucked, Heidi is dedicated to nurturing these businesses. In her free time, she enjoys nature, writing, art, fishing, family outings, homemaking, travel, and health and fitness, all while lovingly supporting her community and customers.
