You provide the space and we provide a delectable raw spread, prepared and set up just before your guests arrive.
Oysters arrive shucked and set on ice, sauces and set-up included. Prefer them pre-dressed? Say the word and we'll top them before we go.
For a bigger spread, add tuna poke, local rockfish ceviche, shrimp cocktail or caviar. Drop-off events have a delivery fee of 70¢ per mile plus drive time.

Drop-off events have a delivery fee of 76¢ per mile plus $75/hr drive time. Full Raw Bar Service events include delivery up to 30 miles each way (60 miles round trip); beyond that it's 76¢ per mile, plus $75/hr past one hour of total drive time.
A 15% catering fee is added to all private events and drop-off totals. Applicable local taxes are added to all final invoices.
